Achieving Goals

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become
by achieving your goals.
- Zig Ziglar -

Many people are so focused on achieving their goals that they don’t enjoy the process or the journey along the way. Yes, it’s true that we set goals with the hope that we will achieve them, however there’s more to life than merely meeting a goal. We must become better people as we strive to meet and exceed the goals we’ve set for ourselves.

Are you aware of your growth as you work towards your goals?

A Story Of A Blind Boy

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: “I am blind, please help.” There were only a few coins in the hat.A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, “Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?”

The man said,
“I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.”
What he had written was: “Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.”
Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing? Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

important lesson that I want to share with you from the story is :

Be thankful for what you have, Be creative, Be innovative, Think differently and positively.

We should, as much as we can, being grateful for all the good that is in our lives.
If you have little in your life now, it will increase.
If you have an abundant life now, it will increase.
Gratitude increases your abundance.

Let's Start a gratitude journal. Tell something to be grateful about each day. Tell someone how grateful you are for something. Tell your family members, friends, colleages, or even perfect strangers.

Let me be the First to start here :

The more you share your gratitude, the more you’ll receive abundance in your life.

What are you grateful for today ?

With the reference review out of the way it's time to check out the NVIDIA partner reviews of the GeForce GTX 560 Ti series. In this article we'll take the MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozer II edition for a test spin. In the reference review you guys learned that NVIDIA has nothing to be ashamed of when it comes to the baseline performance of the GTX 560 Ti, the overclocking potential however was also really impressive.

And AIB/AIC partners will realize that very much, so you'll spot products clocked at core frequencies of 900 MHz and some of them will even brute force attack that upper threshold higher.

The MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozer II tested today indeed comes all customized and factory overclocked, armed with some military grade components and a robust build the dark PCB of the MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozer II will carry a GPU clocked at 880 MHz and its memory at 4200 MHz, both thus a nice chunk faster than reference. To top things off, MSI put the Twin Frozr II cooler on this card and that admittedly does make wonders as we measure peak temperatures BELOW 55 Degrees C. As a result of that excellent cooling we can actually overclock this card (without voltage tweaking whatsoever) close to 1 GHz, and that my friends means true value.

Be Proactive, Don't Wait !

Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking.
-William B. Sprague -

You can’t always wait for success to come to you. You have to be proactive to ensure that you will attain the success you desire. Take the initiative to do more than what is expected of you each day. Be excellent in your work so you will be noticed. Then, when the opportunity presents itself, take the steps you need to make the most of it.

What will you do to create that new opportunities?

Stay Away From Small People

Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.

When you’re just starting out, some people may tell you that your dreams are far-fetched. Instead of listening to people who can’t see your vision or don’t believe in you, find people with a vision of their own. By spending time with visionary people, you can learn how to become all you dream to be.

Are you surrounding yourself with like-minded, positive people? If no, then Stay away from people with no vision and reach for your goals despite what others say.
